Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or improper handling may not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@aurabutton.com with your order number.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we may not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are no longer in their original condition.

Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional items may not be eligible for return unless required by law.

They clip over your existing shirt buttons, so there is no sewing, cutting, or permanent change to your clothing.

Will they damage my shirt?

If your order total is under $50, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
